20 Macedonia Blvd., 1606 Sofia, BulgariaAnalytics technologies and legal basis
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only after your explicit consent. The legal basis for this processing is consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Before you make a choice, and after rejection or withdrawal, these analytics services are not activated.
Google Tag Manager is used only to manage tags. It does not replace Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity as the analytics technology providers. The Google Tag Manager container may load before your choice, but the analytics tags remain blocked until you give consent.
Categories of data processed
After consent, the analytics services may process the URL of the page visited, date and time of the visit, device, operating-system and browser information, language, traffic source, approximate location where provided by the analytics service, pseudonymous identifiers, and interactions with the website.
Measured interactions may include selecting phone, email, Viber, map, Facebook, and Instagram links and changing language. Our semantic events do not include entered phone numbers, email addresses, names, message contents, or other intentionally submitted personal data.
Purposes of processing
We process analytics data to understand how the site is used, which traffic sources bring visitors to it, and which important interactions occur, and to improve the site's content, navigation, and performance.
Google Analytics 4 provides statistics about visits and website use. Microsoft Clarity provides information about page interactions, including session visualisations and heatmaps, after consent is given.
Recipients, processors, and international transfers
Recipients of analytics data may include Google and Microsoft in their capacity as analytics technology providers and processors under the terms applicable to their services.
Processing by these providers may involve international data transfers. Where applicable, such transfers are subject to the safeguards and data-protection mechanisms applicable to the relevant Google or Microsoft service.
Retention
Analytics data is retained according to the configured analytics-account and provider settings and only for the period necessary for the stated analytics purposes. Current provider-specific retention information is available in the official policies linked below.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing, the right to object where applicable, the right to data portability where applicable, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may exercise your rights using the contact details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Managing and withdrawing consent
You can open the persistent “Privacy settings” control in the footer at any time to accept, reject, or withdraw analytics consent.
Your choice is kept in localStorage as a strictly necessary preference. When consent is withdrawn, subsequent analytics tracking stops and the page reloads so that previously loaded analytics scripts are removed.
